Singularism's ceremonial practice is protected by a court order under Utah's Religious Freedom Restoration Act while our case continues. We have always known we would grow into other sacraments, and we will do so carefully, following best practices.

In our case, the federal court recognized that a sincere, inclusive religion centered on consciousness exploration and existential humility is protected in its use of entheogenic sacraments.

This is not theoretical, we have proven ourselves again and again.
